Product Usage and Dosage Directions:

Squeeze plunger with dropper inside of bottle to fill to desired amount. Place end of dropper under tongue and squeeze plunger again to release liquid. Hold under tongue for approximately 20-30 seconds, then swallow.

Dosage

Each dropper has measuring indicators on the glass tube. Use these markings to achieve your desired amount. It is suggested to start with a lower dose and work your way up to desired effects. Depending on the total milligram strength of the bottle, one full dropper contains as follows:

600 MG = 20 MG
1000 MG = 33.3 MG
1500 MG = 50 MG
